Ardey Hotel

We enjoyed everything! There are many options to choose from for breakfast and every day there were different dishes, the food was very good. The staff are all very friendly, helped us to get to all the places of interest, organised transfer to airport. The room is clean and cosy, air conditioning works well, it's not hot. The location is excellent: close to all attractions, tram station and bus station, from the hotel you can quickly get anywhere not using taxi. If we come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again

Me and my boyfriend spend our autumn vacation in Istanbul and chose this hotel, and it was lovely! The breakfast had a variety of things and had slight changes every day, so you wouldn't get tired of it. The room was clean and everything seems to be newly renovated. The decorations of the hotel are also very aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms had a lot of storage space for all our clothes etc. The area the hotel was in was - for us - perfect! Merely 5min away from the blue mosque, another 5 to metro and the Hagia Sofia. It feels like you're living in the middle of everything! We were able to visit almost all things by foot, but again, metro was close and cheap too. However, the best part was the service provided by the employees - The 24h reception was very helpful, adding a sense of safety as well as always having the option to get recommendations. Whenever we had any problems they would help us solve them. Before we even got there they got in touch with us about any preferences or wishes we have, aswell as organising the airport-hotel transfer for us. A highlight was the fact that they reduced the price for the transfer after they realised that the way back it's another airport - showing how loyal they are to pleasing the customers, since we would not have known any difference in price. They were always helpful and friendly, and we would definitely go here again! Thanks for the great stay, Ardey Hotel!

The hotel is located in the very historical center of Istanbul. A ten minute walk gets you to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cisterna Basilica, etc. There are a lot of small and nice restaurants in the neighborhood, and as for the shopping, the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul is also not far away. While booking, we were suspicious, how such a rating (9.0 at the time) goes together with such a modest pricing, and were anxious for some hidden catch--but the first five minutes put us at ease. Hotel itself is by no means "posh," but it is exceptionally comfortable, cosy and home-like. The receptionists and the housekeepers are always amiable and helpful. Also, it helped a lot, that their Russian (my native) and English (which my friend speaks) are very good. It so happened, that me and my friend had A LOT of special requests, and all of them were kindly and adequately answered by the staff. Also, the hotel is home to a most elegant and polite cat in all Istanbul :)

The hotel is very comfy, near Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, 10 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and usefull with and Information you need and we received a map of Istanbul. The room was clean, every day the towels were changed and the room was cleaned. We felt like home and we would like to come back some day. Istanbul is a great city.

But what truly sets this hotel apart is its amazing staff. They were all so kind, attentive, and always available to assist with anything I needed. From helpful recommendations for local sights to ensuring I had everything I required during my stay, their service was top-notch. It really made my experience feel extra special.
